Stephanie is the founder and Executive Director at The Resiliency Center of Newtown (RCN). RCN is an organization that opened in response to the December 14, 2012 tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School. The center offers free trauma-informed non-traditional therapeutic services and a safe space for people to gather and heal.

​Dave is a survivor of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings. Dave was running his very first marathon to help support a dear friend dealing with cancer when he was injured by the first bomb. He suffered shrapnel wounds and hearing loss. He has since gone on to run 18 additional marathons in Boston, Paris, New York, Florida and Washington DC. Dave’s passion for helping other survivors of terror and trauma eventually led him to found the One World Strong Foundation, where he now serves as President.

Consultant
​Julia is a former Program/Research Development Intern at One World Strong and currently serves as a Consulting Member. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Boston University in 2021 and then completed a Master's in Terrorism and Homeland Security Policy at American University in 2022. She is a Fulbright scholar in the Schuman Program based in The Hague and will be conducting research in the European Union, including Copenhagen and Brussels, through 2024. Julia is a passionate member of the One World team and a supporter of their mission to build resilience across communities. She looks forward to seeing the organization continue to thrive and grow!

​Grace began her journey at OWS as a Program and Research Development intern while pursuing her Master's degree in Justice, Law, & Criminology. In May 2024, following her graduation from American University, Grace transitioned into the role of Program Specialist to provide support for various One World projects. She eagerly anticipates the opportunity to aid individuals impacted by violence.

A leading voice in business and civic circles, providing guidance to local and national leaders and organizations on national security, countering violent extremism, conflict resolution, economic empowerment, government relations, and education. Serves as a commissioner on the City of San Diego Commission on Gang Prevention and Intervention and also serves as the Associate Chief Diversity Officer at San Diego State University.

Fared Al Mahlool
Independent Syrian journalist, covering mainly Syrian affairs and the ongoing humanitarian crisis across the Syrian-Turkish borders. Survivor of the bombing of Syrian warplanes in Maarat al-Numan. He works as a photographer with the Syrian American Council, as well as British newspaper The Telegraph. Fared lives in an area in the western countryside of Idlib, near the Syrian-Turkish border.

She is officially designated as "The Godmother" of all the members of "Direction Public Security of the Belgium Federal Police," and has achieved numerous awards for her courage, bravery and efforts to spread the message of love and peace.​

Zambo Régis Gaël
An international lawyer, expert in human rights, countering violence extremism, and peace building in Cameroon. He now serves with the African Positive Peace Initiative in Cameroon (APPIC), and has worked with African Collective Against Radicalization and Terrorism (ACA-RT) as Assistant of the Executive Secretary. In Cameroon, Zambo works in the far North Region in support of victims of terrorism caused by Boko Haram, and focuses on peace building in the region. He is a co- founder of the Cameroon Association of Victims of Terrorism, and is now a representative of the One World Strong Foundation in Cameroon, as well as the Lake Chad region.
